What is Wise Pay
This is an online system used by parents that allows them to provide funds for their children to be able to purchase items in the academies canteen.
How do I use Wise Pay
The system is very easy to use, parents are provided with a login and password, this should have already been emailed to parents. If you have not received this then please email or call the helpdesk, detail below.
Access to Wise Pay is via the academies website, under Parents & Students tab which leads you to the Wise Pay page, at the top you will see a ‘Click Here’ button just to the left of the Wise Pay logo. This takes you to the Wise Pay site, here you enter the login and password you have been sent.
This will open your account and show the current balance available to be spent. From here you have the option to ‘Top Up’ your account by following the on screen instructions. You will be asked to select a value then press the ‘Purchase’ button, where you will be asked for your payment details, there are several payment options available. You can also see your payment history by clicking the ‘My Wise Account’ tab.
If you have more than one Student within the Academies
You will receive separate login details for each. You have the option to keep each separate or to merge the two onto one account. To do this go to ‘Merge an Account’.
Can I change my Password
It is recommended that you change your password from the original one issued to you from the academies.
After you have logged in for the first time you will be able to make a change to your password, to do this go to ‘Change Password’ and follow the on screen instructions. Please be aware that your email address then becomes your user name. For security reasons your password should be unique.
