Fast Tomato – Careers guidance

E-mail Print PDF
Mrs K Maselino

During the next two weeks, through tutor time, all year 11 students across the Federation will access the online careers advice and guidance software (They will be given details of how to register.) This opportunity has been funded through our strong partnership links with Bournemouth University and the Aim Higher team.

Students will be able to identify interests, look at various choices and career paths. They will have the opportunity to consider different sixth form options; including types of qualifications. The software program will allow actions and targets to be formulated that are personalised to each student and their respective career path. The students will have unlimited access to this software for the remainder of the academic year and I encourage all parents/ carers to spend time visiting the website with their son or daughter and discussing various options available. The Aim Higher team will also be visiting the Federation to run workshops on next steps with all year 11 students.

If you would like any further information about Fast Tomato please contact Mrs K Maselino.
