It is crucial that our teachers and Learning Coaches continue to improve and be the best that they can be. To aid with professional development, from September 2021, staff at the academies will be using the IRIS Connect platform. IRIS Connect is a safe way to record and save footage of teaching and other professional interactions. Staff can reflect upon this footage and improve and refine what they are doing. In keeping with our GDPR, students cannot be identified from the footage.
