iPay is an online payment system used by parents to provide funds for their children to purchase items in the canteen.
Parents and carers can top up funds using both debit and credit cards and are able to review their payment history, current balance and what items their children have purchased. They can also receive email alerts for low balances.
Parents or carers who experience a problem while using iPay or have a question or concerns regarding it can email firstname.lastname@example.org
Students in receipt of Free School Meals
Parents and carers of children entitled to Free School Meals will have an iPay account already set up for their child.
The daily FSM allowance is £2.30; if this is not spent it is not carried forward to the next day.
The FSM allowance covers either a meat or vegetarian hot meal of the day plus pudding, or a half baguette/single pack sandwich, which can be accompanied by a bottle of water plus a desert pot/fruit portion/carton of juice.
The allowance cannot be used for cakes and breakfast snacks.
Parents and carers can view what their child is purchasing in the canteen.
