1:1 Careers interviews (targeted support for vulnerable students)
Drop ins with Head of Careers

Further/Higher Education and Employer visits
Aspirations workshops
Aspiration coaching with Bournemouth University  
Mock interviews with employers      
Bridging programme between Year 11 and 12        
Teacher-led lunchtime aspirations lectures
Skills and employability workshops    


The Academies will host three careers and aspirations focused weeks throughout the school year:

  • Autumn Term – Professionals
  • Spring Term – Industry and Entrepreneurs
  • Summer Term – Vocational Pathways

Careers weeks will include assemblies with external speakers, employer visits and workshops.
