Wellbeing

At Glenmoor and Winton we believe it is necessary to continually educate ourselves about good mental health and wellbeing.

Good mental health and wellbeing is something that fluctuates for all of us: staff, parents and students alike. There will be times when we are happy, and we feel that we have control over our lives, and times, unfortunately, when we struggle with how we feel.

Research suggests that there are things that we can all do to promote good mental health and wellbeing: self care strategies as well as reaching out for support.

In the section of the website you will find resources for pupils, parents and staff to help you promote good mental health and wellbeing.
