CITIZENSHIP

VISION

Citizenship is the study of a variety of important topics in life and society in order to equip students for the future. At Glenmoor and Winton academies, citizenship lessons involve personal, social, health and economic (PSHE) education, and relationships and sex education (RSE). This helps our students to understand themselves and develop skills to support their overall wellbeing. Furthermore, we study important topics such as democracy, government, and law. This helps to develop students' knowledge and skills so that they can play a full part in our democratic society, as active and responsible citizens.
